Team Canada

Croquet Canada selects individual team members to represent Canada at international croquet events such as the World Croquet Championships for both Golf Croquet and Association Croquet. 

​For World Team Championships the Croquet Canada selection committee selects the players with the best chance of delivering a winning performance.

​Adam Barr - North Toronto Croquet Club
​
Adam received a wild card entry from the World Croquet Federation to the upcoming 2024 World Golf Croquet Championships.  This event will be hosted by the Chesapeake Bay Croquet Club in October 2024 and will feature 80 of the best players in the world.

Adam won the Canadian National Golf Croquet Championship in July 2024, his first national title.
Ahmed Alshurafa

​Ahmed competed in the 2023 Over 50 World Championship.  He had a successful event with wins against many great opponents.  He made the semi-final of the shield event.  In September 2024 Ahmed will compete in the Egyptian International Croquet Championship.  Ahmed was selected to represent Canada at the Golf Croquet World Championship in October 2024 at the Chesapeake Bay Croquet Club in Hartsfield Virginia.
