Croquet Canada collects and keeps on file the following personal address data of each member:
Phone number, email address, postal addresses.
This data
- will be used only for the purpose of communicating with the member on matters arising from membership
- will never be disclosed to a third party without consent of the member
- will be accessible within our organization only by those needing it for the above purpose.
The club affiliation, handicap, ranking, standing in various tournaments or public contests are also kept on file for each member and these sport related data will be made public in accordance with generally accepted practices.
