INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIP

• You will receive Croquet Canada publications, The Mallet. These keep you informed about what's happening in our sport across Canada and around the world. Download a sample copy <HERE>

• You gain a vote to help guide the development of croquet Canada. You can also become a member of Croquet Canada's volunteer board of directors, thereby getting directly involved in this development. Voting is done by postal ballot. This allows members to participate in the process, no matter where they live.

• You are provided with handicap and included in Croquet Canada's ranking list. Individual handicaps for American Croquet and ranking for Association Croquet are maintained. These allow you can see how you are doing compared to others.

• You are eligible to play in Croquet Canada sanctioned games. These games count toward your handicap. Although non-member can play in these games, their scores do not count toward a handicap.

• Your games are included in Croquet Canada's annual Player of the Year contest. Results are reported in The Wicket Times at end of each playing season.

• Your membership supports Croquet Canada whose primary mandate is the promotion and development of croquet in Canada. Our association is also a member of the World Croquet Federation. As such, our members are eligible to compete in WCF sanctioned tournaments around the globe. To some, this alone is worth the membership fee.

• Members of Croquet Canada are covered by our liability insurance policy. MORE . . .

BENEFITS OF
CLUB MEMBERSHIP

• Member clubs can hold sanctioned tournaments. This offers the players ranking points for their handicapping record.
• Assistance from Croquet Canada in organizing clinics and other training opportunities for improving your member's game. We have a special member responsible for organizing clinics for clubs requesting them. When a clinic is requested, we find a qualified instructor living within driving distance who would be qualified to give the clinic. There is usually a small fee. MORE . . .
• Receive the Croquet Canada club binder.
• Becomes part of the Croquet Canada family of member clubs. A large network of clubs ensures more players and places to play.
• Participation in annual Croquet Canada Club of the Year contest. Results are reported in The Wicket Times and on this website.
